MODEL: M239 

CARE: Handle the M239 with care, avoid contact with chemicals, water and direct sunlight. To keep lenses clean use the cleaning cloth provided. Also do not reflect sunlight as it is a FIRE HAZARD.

BATTERIES: Model M239 Handheld Magnifying Glass with Lights Plus 3x Lens & 45x Loupe must have its batteries installed prior to use, follow the steps below:

1. Open the battery compartment cover by pulling the tab at the rear of the magnfier up with your thumb nail.

2. Use 3 AAA batteries provided and insert them in the battery compartment.

3. The negative end of each battery should be placed against the spring of each battery location.

4. If you have questions about orientation, see battery placement diagram at the bottom of battery compartment.

5. Close the battery compartment by sliding the black cover toward the lens and down until you hear a click.

6. Test magnifier LED lights by clicking the black ON/OFF button on the side of the magnifier handle.  

7. If the LED lights do not shine, check the orientation of batteries and try ON/OFF button again.

8. If the LED still don't light try new batteries.
